legally you can change your deductions depending upon how many expemtions you believe you owe. You can change from 0 on up. An exemption of 15 would not deduct any taxes from your check, the filing of taxes at the end of the year is the time when things are settled.

this bill is based on the same principle as "no-fault" auto insurance. it was supposed to bring premiums down, when instead they skyrocketed because the insurance providers held people hostage because insurance was now mandatory. No insurance, no registration.

It is clear to me after 30+ years in the medical field as a professional there is a problem. He was shown how $$$$$$$$$$$ could be made with LESS CARE...he was a bit of a eugenicist...
and so HMO and managed care came in with Kaiser...and they had several messes to deal with-inadequate care, over worked doctors, mismanaged cases...I know...I worked there at about 10 Kaisers in a few different states...lost records...missing doctors, a filing system from hell...misplaced patient files...and studies...oh I could go on and on...

The only people who will be subject to this will be those who have jobs and/or assests. Putting people in jail is a great way to steal private property and spread whatever small amount of wealth people have left around though and after all that is the main objective of communism. Thats what this bill boils down to. Fining people and/or putting them in jail isnt going to make anybody healthier.

In Australia we have your dreaded "socialized medicine". If you can afford it, you get to choose between a private hospital or public. If you can't at least you can GO to hospital. It allows for good-hearted health professionals to help those most in need. How awful.
