OP are you talking about the park a d ride at I10&6? If so Iive less than 100 yards from there! Where do I look??? I'm so anxious to see these!

I'm at HWY 6 & Alief, just south of you. The park & ride a few blocks from me is at West Park/Alief Clodine & Metro Blvd near Eldridge. We have some open field on the north of the highway also.
This is where they play most nights. They'll float above what looks like Eldridge both north & south. They glide from east to west usually from there along the toll access road over the field to 6, as well as above what looks like Richmond from here.
There are usually between 3 & 5 of them most nights running a perimeter. They aren't usually bunched up. ONe hovers for 15 to 20 minutes at a time at the intersection, while the others cruise. Their speed looks to be bicycle speed.
