Jesus is not the only holy incarnation of God. We are all God manifested actually. I came across this video on Maitreya and I just don’t get it- why is he such a bad guy? He’s referred to as “the One” and this is supposedly a bad thing. As far as I’m concerned, he sounds like the next Avatar of “Christ” to rule over the Age of Aquarius.
Why are there so many references to Maitreya being “Evil?” Are there ACTUAL prophecies saying that he will swindle everyone or is this just the view of Judaeo-Christianity? Sources and a healthy discussion greatly appreciated

Good luck thinking that this Maitreya guy will give everyone peace and prosperity - this man is the DEVIL HIMSELF who will come as a 'man of peace', but knowing his time is VERY short, he will do all he can to bring as many souls as he can to Hell.
Also - in that MSM ad over Maitreya early this year, included in his slogan was, "He's Christ to Christians, who's expecting his imminent return"(para).
It's funny how this false pre-trib rapture doctrine teaches that Christ coming back for his church is *imminent*. This all pretty much proves that this pre-trib rapture doctrine is a LIE from the PIT OF HELL! Really - Christians that are entrenched in this pre-trib nonsense are going to be DECEIVED! Even Jesus and Paul WARNED that in the end times, do NOT BE DECEIVED by these false Christs and false prophets!

1982 and 1997 failed television broadcasts from Christ
In the spring of 1982 Creme placed advertisements in newspapers around the world saying, "The Christ is now here". According to Creme the "Christ", whom he also called "Maitreya", would announce his existence on world wide television broadcasts, and that he would do that on Monday, 21 June 1982. This created a sensation within some New Age groups, and even among some Evangelical Christians; but, when the promised television broadcasts of the Maitreya/Christ failed to occur, most of Creme's followers lost interest. This, he said, was because Maitreya had seen the time was not right for his general acceptance, at the level necessary, for his work to be successful. Creme, who claims that time is now very near for Maitreya's emergence, is independently wealthy and continues to fund newspaper advertisements and press conferences, as well as to fund his journal and websites.[20][21]
In 1997 Creme made similar announcements that there would be imminent global TV broadcasts from Christ/Maitreya, though with far less media interest.[23]
Sounds like Creme is all talk and the Maitreya he speaks of flip-flops. Makes me think of Blossom Goodchild and her Galactic Federation FAIL.

Benjamin Creme who has been promoting Maitreya since the early 1980s, and was also a follower also of Alice Bailey, who wrote a lot of books published by the "Lucifer Trust", which after a while became known as "Lucis Trust".
Lucifer seems to be a prominent figure to this group.
There is also a strong connection to the "United Nation".
These should all be warning signs, and they certainly were to me.
