My new boss has Downs Syndrome

I work in a print shop where we put together stuff for small businesses and college students. My boss's kid has Down Syndrome and used to help with moving boxes and tossing trash. Usedto be a nice kid and all. Today Dad comes in and says he's retiring and Jimbo (downs kid) is the new boss. There's three of us on duty usually. I've been here the longest, making $8.45/hr after 5 years. Jimbo refuses to do anything and just watches TV and eats his cookies and drinks from his sippy cup. Jimbo is 18 years old,and now he refuses to talk to "the help" ever since Dad walked out the door he's been a prick to all of us. He doesn't have the capacity to run the shop, he's like a 10 tear old.
