People with kids, male and female, both perform less work because of childhood duties. Yet they still get paid the same for their job even though they do less and laeve the office because of their kids.
Child-rearing is very important, but to expect to get paid as much as someone who doesn't have that responsibility is absurd.

In the united states a woman will make about 77 cents to every dollar a man makes, yet many times they are doing the exact same or very similar job. If you think that this, or worse, is how society should function,then you are not fit to be a part of it.

If I was to guess, I'd say that your problem with women is from not receiving enough love from your mother. If this is true, still, you are unforgiven.

My concept of nature is roughly the same as that of the liberal free market. Unequal pay is one the core capitalist principles, and so your example confirms the rule rather that contradict it. This is all about offer and demand, and trying to fix salaries is a delibarate attack on liberal offer-and-demand principles.

Women as a group have a lower income because they tend to work in lower paying jobs such as child care, nursing home care, sales clerks, housekeeping services, clerical work, bank tellers, receptionists, etc.

Those in higher paying jobs do make just about the same as the men who hold those jobs.

Times have changed and in most companies, it is the actual job that determines the pay not the sex of the person. They would get sued if they didn't.

Women should stop making babies and let the species die...

There are two main reasons

1.) The statistics say women do not spend as long in a career as men. So if a company makes a big investment in training, then with equal pay the return on investment is lower for women employees.

2.) Women have babies. Men don't. Women having babies is expensive for companies due to time off and insurance.
