I don't wish to remain trapped in 3rd dimensino forever though. There are other realms to explore, and the soul is already 'immortal', and the spirit 'eternal'. So what do you have to lose by dying?

There is a fine line between belief, and delusion. I can jump off a cliff with the belief that I will not die, or that I can fly. When in reality, death is the only result of this action. I can believe I do not age, but does such beliefs shape our fate?

Your soul & spirit may not age, but surely one's body does age. Simple belief is not enough to stop this degradation process. The spiritual process of halting/slowing aging is not merely a belief. There is a process & practice that must be followed.



indeed it is not only belief. it begins with belief. however it's strong belief backed up by real action in the real world. I'm for example close to achieve breatharianism. food is a major cause of aging.

not letting your body age is a matter of maintenance. I make sure I'm always on the rise: mentally, physically, spiritually, etc also ,I don't care about if my body age according to human standards, as long as it never grows weaker, slower, uglier etc. My will is very strong. All I breathe at every moment is perfection.
