There are only two ways to accomplish this. One requires great spiritual skill, and the other requires great knowledge/understanding.

gene manipulation??
 Quoting: faithless1

It's not gene manipulation in the way we understand it.

DNA undergoes entropy. Mutations occur, and replication is not perfect. This is one of the causes of aging, and is also the cause of many diseases.

The secret perfects this process. However, this particular aspect does not prevent aging entirely (only to a relative degree).

Re: Immortals among us.
A mortal is one who has their earth walk memory scrubbed clean at death.

An immortal is not scrubbed clean and they remember everything from earth walk to earth walk.

Chose the scrubbing. It's much nicer to start with a clean slate.

I don't believe I can 'age'.

Hence I don't age.

It's that simple.

That is the secret to create your reality.

There are indeed immortals walking on Earth. There is a book about them.

I don't wish to remain trapped in 3rd dimensino forever though. There are other realms to explore, and the soul is already 'immortal', and the spirit 'eternal'. So what do you have to lose by dying?

Oops, forgot to add that although Caiaphas is alive and has been for roughly 2,000 years he is not immortal, just prolonged till he sees what he was told. Perhaps he has forgotten or repressed what he was told. Nevertheless he will witness what he was told, guaranteed.

There is a fine line between belief, and delusion. I can jump off a cliff with the belief that I will not die, or that I can fly. When in reality, death is the only result of this action. I can believe I do not age, but does such beliefs shape our fate?

Your soul & spirit may not age, but surely one's body does age. Simple belief is not enough to stop this degradation process. The spiritual process of halting/slowing aging is not merely a belief. There is a process & practice that must be followed.

indeed it is not only belief. it begins with belief. however it's strong belief backed up by real action in the real world. I'm for example close to achieve breatharianism. food is a major cause of aging.

not letting your body age is a matter of maintenance. I make sure I'm always on the rise: mentally, physically, spiritually, etc also ,I don't care about if my body age according to human standards, as long as it never grows weaker, slower, uglier etc. My will is very strong. All I breathe at every moment is perfection.

Mortal man may, in the course of time, forget his experiences, but within the soul they are retained forever. The soul is a hunter and the quarry is Truth, the weapons of the hunt are reason and experience.

You are right. Food is a factor in aging. A high quality vegetarian diet will indeed slow aging somewhat. Raw food is also another step in slowing aging (raw meat). Cooked meat does not have the same properties. Burnt meat is even worse.

However, food is only part of the equation. The very air we inhale is the number one cause of aging. Any posters care to guess as to why this is the case?

P.S. UV radiation is also another part of the equation.

I'll be happy to answer any questions you may have, but I can only say so much about this subject.

I cannot risk unveiling the secret more than it already has been in recent years. Parts of the secret is in the public realm, but there are still missing pieces.

I suppose I will be ridiculed for this perspective, but so be it.

Re: Immortals among us.
When the body and soul are torn apart, what remains? No man lives by the air he breaths in and the air he breaths out. It is something more, the soul, that gives life.

As the one fire entering the Earth in oneness becomes different here, there and everywhere, according to the nature of that which it consumes, so the One Soul vitalising the souls of men become different according to the manner of its use.

The one water is in all things, yet in all things it is different. So it is with the Great Soul and souls of men. The wise man who is conscious of his soul within him will commune with it and never neglect its needs. For if a man cannot awaken his soul before his body falls asunder, he will not awaken it thereafter and it will return to the waters of the Great Soul Sea.

The purpose on Earth and earthly life is awakening of the souls of men. Earthly conditions can serve no other end.

Rejoice in the sure knowledge of your soul's indestructibility, but let your joy be leavend by remembrance of your responsibility for its condition.

Of course, we need to keep in mind something very important: the topic of this thread concerns the body.

All of you can discuss matters relating to the soul & spirit, but this is not the intention of this thread.

The topic of the thread concerns immortals among us, man is both mortal and immortal, the body is mortal in that when it dies, it turn to dust, and goes back to the earth, but where does the soul go?

The One God is above all in greatness, but under Him above all else on Earth is the soul of man. It is not isloated from the Godhead above, nor from the mortal below, for it is that which spans the gulf between. It is the link between God and man, between immortal and mortal.

Nothing exist which is or can be isolated from all else. There is a connection between Earth and the Regin of Glory, a link between dust and star. From the Highest God down to the mote runs an unbroken and unbreakable chain.

Man is apart from all other creatures in that he has forknowledge of death and decay. If man be immortal, then it is the burden of his immortality; but if he passes to nothingness he is cursed above the unknowing beasts which know not the dread of appoching doom.

Aleilius the marterial I posted was relavant, In regards to spiritual knowledge/understanding.

To me slowing down the ageing process is missing the point, when it comes to immortality there is no age, just awareness, becoming spiritualy conscouse, would be equivalent to a birth, or starting point, from the moment of spiritual conscousness. Like becoming aware of somthing that was always there, the immortal part of man.

Maybe shorter days, the moon and sun was closer, aparantly everything is spiriling outwards? There are ancient storys of the past that say, the hevens and earth were once one.

Then again anything is possible, maybe the cleaner air, fresher food, helped them live longer, some say the ancients were more advanced then we are today, maybe that helped?

Hi Ra, I suppose it would be foolish of me to continue arguing about this issue.

I mentioned two methods: obtainment by great spiritual skills, and obtainment by great knowledge/understanding. I believe these two should be separate, and they require two different systems to reach this stage of longevity.

Obtaining this via great spiritual skill requires much practice & meditation. It is as it sounds. However, obtaining this treasure via great knowledge/understanding is a bit misleading. Great knowledge of what? Great understanding of what?

The spiritual method does not require great knowledge or understanding. It requires much practice/meditation. However, the other method, the physical method, does require great knowledge & understanding of a certain Art.

Humans have been able to obtain this great treasure through both methods.

The name "Dorian Gray" has a significant meaning to those trying to accomplish this goal via the path of great knowledge & understanding.
