I agree that things are quite off for anyone attuned enough to notice. The weather has been switching week by week since the first of the year from cooler than the norm one week to about normal temps the next over the summer. Now it is fall and it seems to be going warmer than the norm one week to about normal the next. If I am not mistaken, Patrick Geryl said that would be one of the signs to watch for prior to the shift...more extreme temps near the poles and more temperate conditions closer to the equator. Summer blends to Spring to Fall and into Winter.
