The second position is, for the moment, volunteer, with the expectation of salary up the road. Nope... I just know that my area of employment is exploding. It is a service. My company is trying to hire people, but we can't find people who are client and customer oriented. We are middle men... property managers.

People cannot sell their homes or excess properties, because the banks are not lending ...the banksters are busy giving themselves big bonuses. So people need to rent out their properties, and they don't know how to do it, and even if they do, they cannot deal with tenants.

All I can tell you is that since the economic down turn, my business has more than doubled. Taking on new clients everyday. Those who cannot sell property and need to rent it out. There is work out there... you just need to roll with the punches, and look for opportunities.

Renting out units is complicated... you need carpet/flooring people, cleaners, painters, handymen, plumbers, chimney sweeps, gas fireplace experts, garage door specialists, appliance repairmen, lawncare people... so there is work. The problem is you have to get out from behind a desk and actually work.

Thanks for the advice.. not afraid of hard work.. I was a roadie for 20 years..
