If the bank does not have the original contract wqith your signature on it, tell em to go pound sand. Its been proven in court too.
Maybe someones got a link to it.

There is no one to turn them into. Take my advice though.

Get yourself an attorney who is an expert at mortgage law.

This is the best advice you will get here.

Then contact your state's real estate commission and file a complaint for fraud. They'll investigate it for you.

Go to the bank if you can, bring a copy of all the checks showing you have made your payments. Or fax them directly to the person & then call them to make sure they received them. Also fax them a copy of your homeowners policy showing you have house insurance.

I recently had a go around with our mortgage company because they said we didn't have insurance when we did.

The problem is the first bank isn't providing the second bank with the proper documentation. It cost me ten bucks just to stop payment on my check. Then the bastards charged my escro account to add THEIR house insurance on to my payments on top of the original house insurance I already cary. ASS HOLES!!!! I am so mad.

They also threatened to report me to the credit bureau.
I have NEVER been late EVER.

Write a written request to receive all loan documentation. Then call you loan company and inform them that you are taking your info to the a Real Estate Lawyer to investigate and TRUTH IN LENDING Fraud that may have taken place.

Your state should have a Department of Real Estate and you can then file a formal complaint.

A good site to get assistance is loansafe.com

How do you even know this new bank is the one you should be sending payments to. They could be a scam posing as your new bank.
