Yes I have proof of all payments. It's the first bank that didn't transfer all the correct info. Now the second bank is tring to screw me.

Dont worry about it OP. If you made payments by check your bank can provide you copies of all your payment history.

Go to the bank if you can, bring a copy of all the checks showing you have made your payments. Or fax them directly to the person & then call them to make sure they received them. Also fax them a copy of your homeowners policy showing you have house insurance.

I recently had a go around with our mortgage company because they said we didn't have insurance when we did.

And remember...Uncle Gino is always an option!

I work at a law firm...mortgages our specialty.

My advice, don't bet your home on internet advice unless you are prepared to lose it.

How do you even know this new bank is the one you should be sending payments to. They could be a scam posing as your new bank.
