I do. I prefer the netbook for traveling, being smaller and lighter. Use both the desktop and notebook when I'm home. The Atom processor however- leaves much to be desired speedwise. But I reformatted the drive, and put Ubuntu Linux on it, and it is so much faster and more usuable now. |

Quoting: user183I believe we understand the $$$ between lap/desk, but some, as I, don't have a choice. Lap. (travel) :Canadian F::State of Texas: "Misunderestimating is only 5/4 th's of the problem"! My husband and I go to Montreal at least 3 or 4 times a year. We absolutely love it there. We go up for cabane a sucre time, we go for St. Jean-Baptiste, we even go to the parade and wave Quebec flags. LOL We go up for the Lantern Festival at the Jardin Botanique, and the butterfly exhibit every spring there as well. Forgive my lack of accents, I am to lazy to type them. LOL We always stay in the same motel in Greenfield Park when we go. We have many friends up there now. I LOVE Montreal, and it's really nice to meet somebody from there! So, how'd you wind up in Texas? We have friends and family there too... LOL |
