I don't mind paying gasoline taxes because I use the roads they pay for.
I don't mind paying Social Security taxes because I figure my mother is getting what I put in.
I don't mind paying property taxes because society needs educated children, and I like knowing that the fire department is ready should I require their aid.
HOWEVER...income taxation is a scam and a fraud. I agree with the OP. Just say NO. |

you stop paying taxes and they will triple what you owe with penalties. I know because we proved them wrong on something and then they harrassed us for almost 9 years after that. They kept adding penalties on top of the mistake they made and trying to get us to pay. They need a new name for the IRS. |

I don't know how you get the government to pay for your electricity, but I pay my own public utility bill. I pay for my water, and I pay for my internet service. Yes, LOCAL government built the water system, but it was paid for by bonds, and paid the bonds off out of profits from water sales. This is how it should be.
Our income taxes pay for the prisons that house a greater proportion of our citizens than any other country on earth. Our income taxes pay for the ruinous and fraudulent "War on Drugs" that has destroyed two generations and is working on a third. Our income taxes pay for us to have a military presence in third world sovereign nations that hate and resent our occupation.

You can stop paying taxes because you are NOT a 'taxpayer' subject to income tax. And, even if you were liable to obey the income tax act - If you have no tax owing, and you don't, then you certainly don't have to file. Just check out Title 26 USC. It is in Sections 6900 to 7100 somewhere.
The 'taxpayer' is the State owned legal name where the family name has been converted to a primary or sur name. Even if you had a name, which you don't, your primary name would not be the family name - that is not a man's name.
So, if you are threatened with force to file, then take a few minutes to learn how to file for the State owned name you use as your agent in commerce under the Rule of Necessity.
All the instructions can be found here, just beyond the Canadian filing method:

You may wish to also download the 'Name Game Blog' to learn how so many people have been carted off to jail and financially damaged for refusing to file or pay - falsely called 'failing to'. All info on the website is totally free as a ministry.

You seem to know much more about the nature of income tax than does the Chairman (of 1946) of the NYC Federal Reserve Bank. His opinion was that income tax pays for nothing.

OK, if everybody tried to make less than the amount where the government took your money, say 10,000, but more than your property taxes, say 4,000, so that would leave you with 6,000 for the year. If you grow most of your food yourself, bartered with friends and neighbors as much as possible, you'd spend very little.

The government needs your money. If you find out how to pay as little as possible and get everybody to do this for the purpose to bring down the gov't, it might work. Perhaps they might tax higher. This would only affect the people actually paying taxes, which would anger some making them join your cause meaning they would need even more taxes, raising and having them join the cause. |

There is absolutely NO legislation that a free will adult man must obey in America. However, there has been no money in America since 1933, so nobody gets paid for their labor. So, how do you 'make-money'?
