I actually believe it. By the end of his term Obama will be unelectable, even for his support base. So, to squandor any republican comeback, Oprah will run as a democrat or in a rare event independent. It will likely be democrat, and she'll appeal to not only the whites Obama pissed off, but most off all, all blacks and all women.
I think it's actually quite plausible. Will she win is a different story. But imagine the faceoff. Oprah vs Palin. Whoever wins, we lose.
