Wow.

You know, on the one hand I can understand the persistent desire among black Americans to hold on to that pride of experiencing "The First Black U.S. President." But on the other hand, their blind loyalty to Obama -- despite all he's done and intends to do -- is distressing.

I agree with Pacman that such a low approval rating among whites is dooming Obama to a single term if his rating doesn't change for the better, which is improbable. And since the President knows this, I'm concerned that he may try all the harder to fulfill his agenda ASAP -- especially considering the head-on collision he's going to encounter with the midterm elections next year.

Buckle up, folks -- 2010 is looking to be ROUGH.
