His message can have several meanings - 2 that came to my mind right away when reading the OP's initial post:

Well, now we know for certain that source was giving reports based on truth - I have no doubts whatsoever as now we see many of the things this so-called Dr. Burisch warned of (over 5 years ago here on our forum) as now coming fully into the public domain: CERN's unbelievable project to recreate the Big Bang on earth = fire up a new Universe or create a Black Hole (or open up a Stargate Portal) // the NIF's STARFIRE program @ LLNL that is planning next year to ignite a new star on earth in their laser lab (most powerful laser on planet that can take out a planet - just like the evil Dark Star orb in Star Wars' movies) . And now the new ORION starship spacecraft for deep missions to other planets being built by NASA with living DNA materials incorporated into self-replicating nanotechnology …. etc, etc.

So, regarding this thread,,,,,,, the way to understand things is that Fulford is one of many sources, just as is Sorcha Faal + many others, names / identities which most of you reading this would easily recognize (here & other forums) and all these sources appear and then have followers and likely may be some people working under disguise or even operatives assigned to their role (or may have even been specially created for information warfare purposes). That such information warfare sources are always obtained, created & utilized by both sides in any warfare. that those such as Fulford & similar ones are all controlled by or in alliance It is my humble perception that the particular alliance controlling those information sources (as mentioned above + others such as the Mill of Rumor Forum, etc) is on the side that is working in the heart of God's supreme goodness / promoting truth-light / propagation of the DI-VINE TREE OF LIFE via Mother Nature / those that are of the "service-to-others" love polarity = the true white hats of the spiritual realm. That the ultimate nature of this positive-based faction is to uplift/heal all creation, assimilate (through consciously generating wisdom-compassion-love-forgiveness-healing) all that which seeks to fragment the wholeness of the collective ONE (Godhead) & so on = bring forth the pure-heart awakening enlightenment = THE CHRIST REALM REALITY = HEART OF BUDDHA = SIVA: DIVINE MOTHER FATHER = HOPI: PROPHET PAHANA (= all prophets, all avatars of all religions & ancient traditions) all will transform into full manifestation along with us, the fragments, assimilated into the collective one-ness.

On other hand, there is that other primary alliance that is thought of as the EVIL side (look at the word's inverse = LIVE), that force which is service-to-self per David Wilcock & his associates, that force which promotes the killing of life itself, that promotes warfare as a means to self-preservation, to promoting a life based in self-indulgences, self-adoration & self-serving, self-pleasuring, etc - etc. The evil force shows more & more nowadays that it is clearly associated with anything that is thought to be anti-life, anti-nature, anti-organic evolution, anti-healing, anti-harmony ... like it is a force that insidiously desires to create its own artificial universe and then assert full dominance over such. It lures humans' attention & focus via all sorts of deceptions and attractions. It sets up control systems with various characters in key power positions so as to create false structures and reward mechanisms: that those who are greedy, ruthless, or have wrongful ways of life (bad moral character, etc) are given tremendous rewards, riches beyond all dreams, movie stars, powerful elite positions over others & vast resources .... all done so deliberately and to promote the hidden agenda that that it pays well to always put one's self first, that to willing attach the soul awareness purely to those things of the material domain is the best way. This evil force works to promote a philosophy that the only purpose of our being is simply to enjoy all those things that lead to physical attachment = that which is related to the experience while indwelling (embodiment) within the physical-material body container vessel: materialist experiences & accumulations, all manners of sensory pleasures. Interestingly, this faction also promotes creating a completely false world using technology while at same time destroying living nature by whatever means possible (now fully involved with very advanced R & D + manufacturing in nanotech, cloning, particle physics, etc). It seems very much that the EVIL negative-polarity force has assumed a direction by which to bring about a full reign of dominance over the forces of nature, to bring about world which is composed completely of that which is evolved via non-living origin, that which is of a non-organic source, to over-ride all that which is of divine or spirit energy.
