1) You can not be "born of Earth" and also be "The Sirian Commander" simultaneously in 3D. On the other hand, it is entirely possible to have been a Sirian Commander in a past life, or a future one, one not conceived on Earth.

2) We are all "Galactic Humans", some just more than others. There are no "native" peoples of Earth.

3) The only thing consistently said about Obama is that he is a "Star Child" which basically means that somewhere down the Ancestry chain, one of the parents mated with an "ET".

4) The only other thing consistently channeled about Obama is that while he may be a Star Child, "he has not awakened yet" and we humans should pray that he might awaken.

5) We are all "Representatives of the Gaia Collective Consciousness." If you are born on Earth, you have a Soul Contract that includes a connection Mother Earth.

6) The Andromedans are NOT part of the Galactic Federation. The Federation only accepts races that are "of the Light." The Andromedans are "Neutral."

7) No disrespect to Mother Earth, but the third dimensional Mother Earth will never be a member of the "Galactic Council". For starters, planets are not part of the "Galactic Council" (this does not mean they are not sentient nor are they part of some Cosmic Consciousness, etc.). I don't believe that even the Ascended Mother Earth's humans will immediately be accepted into the Federation (long story, ultimately having to do with why specific people will be incarnated on Ascended Earth).

8) It does not matter if earth becomes a "World of Peace" or not, Mother Earth WILL ascend. It will just be less traumatic for the humans of Earth if they are more Loving and Peaceful, since then Mother Earth has less Karma to "eject."

9) The "Master" plan (assuming the Master Plan is the Ascension of Mother Earth) is supported by all Star Nations (and by the Star citizens, as well) and NOTHING can stop Earth's Ascension. However this does not mean that all humans get a "free ticket" on the Ascension Train. You have to earn it, meaning you have to have instructions on the process and you have to remove all your karma from this and past lives, and you can only do that by going to the Sacred Temples of the Ascended Masters.
