Love is not materialistic love is not what is up there to bye. Or howmuch money is espend on someone. It semms that so call christians only do good one day of the year and the rest they forget. Christmas is lie of materialism and selfishnes in the same way as crhistianity is.

No, Christmas is not Christian. Christians clebrate it, it's true but that still doesn't make it Christian.

As for Christians who don't celebrate it and claim to do good all year long instead, it's been my observation they don't and make themselves into liars and hypocrits instead. Some might do good all year though, so I want to stress thats just my observation.

I think a year or two off from Christmas might do a lot of people good so they can reflect on what it means to them and really stress the meaningful parts of it in the future. Many may decide it means nothing to them afterall.
