A huge electric car manufacturing program and the electric charging infrastructure to go with it with a recycle program for all the old gas cars. Plus a huge factory program producing self powered buildings with jobs and opportunity for all to restore the inner cities. The youth would be able to look to the factories for opportunity instead of the military. It would solve all of the inner city hopelessness and drug and shooting problems that result from no opportunities. Imagine all the nice shops and other opportunities that will spring up around them. Total revitalization of our cities.
