The last wic-bitch I was in line behind --tattoos all up her neck, no wonder she cant get a job--but i guess being a subsidized breeder is a job, eh?---pulled out a wad of twenties and hundreds to pay for the stuff that the wic voucher and the EBT card she also used didn't pay for--some makeup and hair straightener--the cash was just shoved in her front pocket and she peeled it off like a dealer who is very used to handling money.
