well i've never had anything like this happen to me before and i'm in my early 30s. I really believe it was a ghost, and i know i was raped! i felt it inside me! No one here understand that, and i'm starting to lose it!!

I'm not trying to belittle your experience but sleep paralysis can come from nowhere (it did for me), is always frightening and will feel completely real. The mind plays nasty tricks when panic hits.
