if perhaps you mean Rape, then yes, a wife can rape her husband and a husband can rape his wife, NO means NO, and marriage is all about mutual respect if nothing else - marriage is not ownership of the spouses body.

If your partner says no and you continue, that is rape, no matter what relationship you have. I hope this is rhetorical, and that you haven't raped your wife.
