 This story flies in the face of recent moves and decisions by the Turk government. Still in NATO, and officially still interested in EU membership - I think the Turks will have to get off the fence pretty soon - at least in time for the next ME shooting war.. True, GoG. Turkey is moving towards Islam and away from a more secular stance. Turkey still wants in the EU? Great, become muslim & Brussels will love you..! Shifting alliances on the move...
