use your last system restore

Every time in the past that I have tried to use it, it says it can't restore.

Perhaps I'll go back further in dates and see if that will work.

Update.

A friend sent me this link for a free download for a registery cleaner...while it didn't fix my sound problem, my computer is running much faster.

It found and fixed:

85 problems on spyiware removal
259 problems ..Regestry fix
78 problms Privacy sweep
968.66 junk files clean.

Still no sound on windows start up and shut down and no utube video sound.

Further update.

It's fixed....Now my video sound plays,,,

On the control planel, I went to sound and audio. I had modem #0 playback and modem #0 record.

I changed it to sound max and it's working.
