Thats an easy one. Incestuous relationships became the only type of acceptable sex. That's how the races were created.

When wise people came along and tried to get the people to stop having sex with their close relations, they got pissed off and fled to different parts of the world where they could freely have a sexual relationship with their sisters and other relatives.

Even to this day you can here people accuse one another for being race traitors when they chose to have a relationship with someone of a different race. ie a normal, non incestuous relationship.
