NEW SPIRAL IN THE SKY. THIS TIME RUSIA.

That is not a different view of the Norway spiral light; it was taken in Russia over a day later. It looks like the Russians are testing more rockets, and creating more lights in the sky.

Despite the lunacy involved with the last time we saw spirals in the sky, this picture is clearly of another Russian missile test. To recap: a weird spiral light thingy in the skies over Norway last week was caused by the sub-based rocket launch of a Bulava missile, a new system being tested by the Russians. The spiral(s) were due to the rocket spinning and venting some sort of gas, though the details are still being determined. It may have been done on purpose as part of a gyroscopic-stabilization move, or it may have been spinning out of control. The former would explain why the spiral is so beautifully symmetric.

This one wasn’t quite so well-formed, but is clearly the same thing. There’s video, too:

So these missiles are supposed to evade the Patriot missile defense then? That's hilarious after all those countries got forced into buying them.

This is just part of the cover up operation and it looks nothing like the Norway Spiral at all.

Not even close. Seems more like this is being presented to make people get over what they saw in Norway.

The video shows absolutely no spiral, let alone a large, clearly defined, symmetrical one as in Norway.

Also, the thrust in this video is not a well-defined tight spiral as in the case in Norway.

And, the thrust in this video gets narrower at the actual event, whereas in Norway, the spiraled beam is broad at the event and narrows as it reaches at/near the ground.

Not even close, but clearly an attempt to associate this with the Norway event.

Fail.

Think about this Discovery poster's comment a second:

"Man they COULD make new types of fireworks with that stuff."

He has no clue.

The only probably earthly origin of the Norway Spiral would be the HARRP facility just about where the lighted thing on the right of the photo would be.

The other most likely cause would be extraterrestrial origin.
Of course, it could have been both.

But one thing it was not was a missile.
