I do not believe we are choosing to reincarnate here, I think there are forces keeping us in this prison. People have left the prison, it takes extreme discipline. you have to be SELF AWARE when you leave your body after death and you must bypass their astral programming.

I hope I get out of here. I'm pretty much done here and tired of watching evil people get all the material wealth anyway (because they are IMPOTENT spiritually).

From what I've been able to determine, reincarnation is a false belief, a false religious belief. There is an afterlife for everyone and it has many planes and realms with schools and teachers that anyone of any level of development can go to and learn to advance onward and upward from there. The spiritualists of the mid-1800's to mid 1900's channeled many departed spirits and none spoke of reincarnation. Then somewhere in the 1930's and 1940's there began this talk of reincarnation.

Just say no to reincarnation, if you find yourself in the afterlife and someone is urging you to attach yourself to some body and take over their life, as depicted in Journey of Souls by Michael Newton, just say NO. They will tell you you need to do it, in order to advance faster, but while you are attached to the body, you are missing out on the learning you could be receiving in the higher planes from the advanced teachers there.

It has been said that we all have spirits of the departed attached to us. They like the feeling of being physical and are afraid to move on away from the low earth plane.

It is almost 7 months since this post and I want to thank the person who started it. I also thank (almost) all who gave their input. I had visions as a child (in religion class at catholic school no less), and the way it was explained to me is that we incarnate on earth and experience. Once done we go to a library that is ours and we write down all of our experiences and once done writing and reflecting on EVERY moment of the last life we put that volume/life on the shelf and go to the switchboard/help desk and request to have our minds wiped. We also request the specifications of what we want to experience, to a certain degree, in the next life. After that it is a matter of the switchboard connecting you to the correct fetus and POW! Reincarnated!!!

This is how it was explained and shown to a 13 year old boy. I am sure people have better terms to use for what was shown to me. Library = Knowledge Repository, etc...But the other overall message I got in this vision was when I asked what the point of it all was and the reply was stated as crystal clear as a diamond bullet..."Be Happy"...that's it...the goal is to "Be Happy".

Once again this is how it was explained in a vision to a 13 year old catholic alter boy. No Jesus, God, Devil, or Deity of any type. Just "us" experiencing and trying to be happy. Of course I couldn't tell anyone or risk who knows what kind of reprecussions, but I thought that if there were others out there who have shared this vision it might be nice to share ideas. I'm 29 now...16 years of trying to find other explanations is over...I'm going to listen to what I knew to be true all along...and yes there are many other inhabitable planets out there and many other ways to reincarnate, but we are working on experiencing Earth so let's all try to "Be Happy" together.

1. Yes it's a prison planet. The days of paradise in Atlantis, are long gone.

2. We can't end. It's Samsara wheel. It's endless. The only way to fix it, is a collective jump of human consciousness. The problem is that this current mankind is too dumb and corrupt and the evil overlords who rule the planet are doing a fine job making it worst.

3. We do NOT choose to reincarnate. Only people with fully awakened consciousness can choose where, how and when reborn. Ordinary people only return over and over, numb and unaware.

However there's a extreme way of getting out of here. It's being abducted by aliens (not grays) and taken to another planet, impregnate one of them or being impregnated by one.
The problem is that there is the serious risk of being abducted by those grey parasites, then you will realize that living in a prison-body is way worst than in a prison-planet.

Sounds like a very stupid plan, 'cos the whole humanity will born again in another planet, probably in the stone or middle age, carrying a gigantic spiritual trauma due the violent death and those who caused it will be so fucked with an unspeakable karma, so bad that they will wish have never existed.

For those of you who are not part of a spiritual tradition that follows a guru, avatar or savior, then the transition state of consciousness called death offers other possibilities.

As with the other two transition states of consciousness, the death realm has a void point, and its dominant features are stillness (silence) and darkness. All possibilities exist within the Void, but no actuality is in existence. It is like the acorn of an oak tree. The oak, the giant tree itself, is potentially within the acorn, but it does not yet exist.

So when you find yourself in the Void, which you will recognize by the fact that you are utterly alone in darkness and utter stillness, know that you are in the central nexus of your creative powers.

What you choose to create next will determine the course of your destiny and what worlds you will inhabit or realms of existence you will reside in. This is a critical juncture.

Many persons frightened by the darkness move to the light prematurely. And what they do not realize is that in their yearning they create the light. A portal opens before them, like a tunnel, and they can move into this tunnel of light, encountering those they have known before, thereby entering back into embodiment or other vibratory realms of existence without having fully understood the consequences. This is certainly one option open to you, and one that is often taken.

Reincarnation is real. My friend tells me things that only me and my ex know between us. She see's my ex in her dreams and my ex tells her everything. It freaks me right out. I got mad at her and told her to stop it. She was a Crown counsel in her past life and has a memory like an elephant. Only needs 3 hours sleep and has told me many stories of her dreams and them coming true within 24 hours. She is an old soul. I'm trying to convince her to go into finding missing children but she doesn't think she can deal with the pain involved. Amnesia is why most can't remember their past life but this woman has a gift, or a curse. Depending on how you look at it.

To exit the Wheel of Lives you have to choose with your free will to go with Jesus Christ. This was his purpose for telling us we only have one life, because what we are incarnated in can and will be our final life if we choose. No matter what has transpired before. Hell is continuing on the Wheel, out of God's grasp. And he will leave people to it who refuse to accept the free gift of salvation, there is a timeframe involved here and beyond a certain point his free gift to Earth souls will be withdrawn.

In the bible it tells people that nothing you do is ever good enough on your own, which might make us feel bad sometimes and want to rebel against this truth, but this is true - no matter how good we are something will still drag us back down. Anger? Love of our material comforts? That one person you are unable to truly forgive in your heart no matter how much you wish you could? Minor "sins", but they keep us here. No one here is achieving the perfection required to do ascend on their own. But the Creator Consciousness has given you an "out", though unable to ascend he will cleanse you if you choose Him over the material world and the cycle will be broken for you. Through all of the words of the Bible and priests and the pastors and everything else, this was the promise Jesus came to give us - deliverance from all of this. God bless & good luck.

I have felt that way for about 4 years now. It got real strong after two of my family members died over the last two years but have gotten passed the grief and the desire is not so strong now since there is a reason we are all here.

It seems to stop reincarnation is to raise your spiritual vibration becoming completely connected to the source. I do believe we have a choice to come back or not by how we live our lives here. There comes a point where you no longer see yourself as separate and everyone you come into contact with is a part of who you are. When you get to the point in life where your whole existence is about serving the community and others then you are very close to ending the cycle.

The ancient Egyptians believed at death if your heart was lighter than a feather then your essence would become a star.

Think of this life as a school of learning and if something doesn't work then do it different next time.

To achieve brahman, or to be one with the universe is the only path that breaks the cycle. Those who speak the dharma and are “venerable of the truth” or have knowledge equivalent to "Jaivali" in the Upanishads are the only ones who are able to achieve brahman and escape suffering. Those who win the heavens, by performing rituals, sacrifices, ect, become reborn as humans. Those who do neither are reincarnated as insects and animals.

Being tired of life is one of the prerequisites of release from it. But you must learn all you can from it and your own higher self will decide this, not your conscious mind and ego.

I love the idea of reincarnation, it's the reality of life right now that I want to escape.

My problem? I can't believe there is such fundamental unfairness in the universe.

No universal spiritual consciousness would allow humanity to remain a slave race to an AI or another species. The fact that only a rare number of people experience some true spiritual transcendence just strikes me as pure injustice. I guess I just reject the implications about the nature of our universe implied by this suggestion of yours.
