he should have called the police filed a complaint of assault and battery against the two school staff. it is required that a police report be filed and an investigation be conducted. there exists numerous witnesses as well as irrefutable videographic evidence of the assault(according to the student) to corroborate the aforementioned allegations.

quite simply, they might find some way to weasel their way out of criminal charges, but at least the student would be in a position of rather than be suspended, he would be retaining legal representation to file a civil law suit against the school. trust me, if i was shoved, bearhugged, slammed into a locker, and had my wrist twisted, i would be having back spasms, neck pain, and extensive soft tissue damage (if you know what i mean).
