Re: What is the weirdest thing you've ever seen?
a few years back in Florida on a fourth of July
I had left my dog at home under supervisory care of the neighbours on both sides of my house since he was well used to roaming into either home

With my catamaran I was approximately 4 or 5 miles past the intercoastal inlet out at sea
we had 9 boats tied up together for one big Fourth of July partying

My boat was normally anchored in view of my house
to get to the inlet access to the ocean involved sailing out of the cove into a river then a half mile to the intercoastal then about a mile and a half to the ocean

On Fourth Of July the waters and the shores were full of noisy partying people everywhere. Even way out at sea, we could see other groups of boats tied up together which back then was rare to see.

A buddy and I were on the platform between my two hulls holding on to mainstay masts, leaning forward over the water to piss

I saw something moving in the water about 30 feet out
I said "That's a" intending to say shark but then I recognized and said "That's my dog!!!!!"

Somehow he had gone through all the pandemonium and located me.
I pulled him up onto the deck. Amazingly his head and even the upper chest under his snout was still dry!
I couldnt figure what talent dogs had that he could locate me in all the other smells and sounds
but I couldnt figure out how he could swim thru sea waves and keep his head dry either

We did do a lot of swimming off beaches normally. However normally the first thing he did was jump into a wave to go underwater

Re: What is the weirdest thing you've ever seen?
There is an old pond on our ranch located in the woods and is surrounded by brush and briars on three sides. One spring a few years back the water in the pond was crystal clear. You could see to the bottom. I was fishing off the bank so of course I could only see the bottom out to a few feet away from me. There were some really big bass in the pond and I could run my lure right by them and they wouldn't bite.

Finally I hooked something farther out and as I reeled it in it didn't jump and jerk like a fish, it just gave a steady pull. As I got it closer to the bank where I could see into the water it looked like I had a stingray on the hook. It was maybe a foot across and it was flapping it's "wings" in the water as I reeled it in. I did not see a tail. Unfortunately, it got off the hook before I surfaced it. It was like it let go of the hook, since it wasn't jumping or jerking.

This happened in Arkansas, so of course it wasn't anywhere close to saltwater where a stingray may have lived. I've fished that pond many times and have never hooked anything like that again.

A human-like thing that ran across the Florida turnpike ... it was covered in matted fur and moved VERY fast. It was VERY TALL and smelled terrible... the old folks in Florida call these things skunk apes, sort of a bigfoot, this was in 1976 and I was driving with my Dad. I was 13 and didnt know about such things. My Dad and I both saw it and the smell hung around in the car for AGES. Something I will NEVER forget.

Re: What is the weirdest thing you've ever seen?
I have seen several strange things over the years, some of which I cannot talk about.

I have seen one of those triangle craft in broad daylight lift off from a field way out in the "boonies" and slowly fly off over the tree tops. Never made a sound, had some really cool lights on it that changed colors as the craft raised up from the ground. Back then, no cell phones with cameras.

I have had interesting events with wild animals:

1): One rainy night I was walking into my house when I heard something small screaming it's lungs out and I became aware of a cat chasing a yard mouse around. The mouse took one look at me and ran straight up to me, I put my hand down and the little mouse ran into my hand and I put him in my coat pocket for safety. The cat got bored and wandered off. I let the mouse go after playing with him for a bit and giving him a little snack of a corn chip.

2): I was out in the country again as I travel a lot with my job and on a dirt road when I saw a young deer running like mad from a pack of dogs. I stopped the car and got out, the deer ran straight to me and hid behind me & the car door while I threw stuff at the dogs who eventually ran off when a woman ran up from a nearby house who had seen what was going on and it seemed she knew this young doe and they left together happy.

3): I found a baby wood duck floating alone in a lake I was vacationing at. I had seen the babies and their mother the day before. The baby duck was cold and shivering and weak, I put my hand in the water, the duck swam up and sat down in my hand. I took him inside my cabin and got him warmed up and some food. He perked right up and then followed me around like a puppy! I kept him for a while then gave him a nice home at a friend's place with 10 acres and a lake. He's still there!

Peace

three high rise buildings demolished all in one
day due to two allegedly hijacked airliners that only
hit two buildings and flew aroud for 45 minutes
without a single military aircraft in the air
and with all the debris hauled off without a criminal investigation.

on the same day, two more jets are allegedly hijacked,
one shot down and one hitting the most protected building
in the Western Hemisphere after a screech 600 mph,
270 degree banked decent from 20,000 feet
that only a computer guidence system could of manuvered
and
NO evidence at either sight that an airliner was
ever there.

All done by 19 saudi dumbfucks with boxcutters
who partied all night the night before and
couldn't even taxi a Cessna into Allah's Asshole.

Good one. I have seen the video which shows that the supposed planes that hit thw world trade centers were faked; no planes were there; just a demolishion of the buildings. This means our nations media is controlled, to that extant. The 4 or 5 supposed amature videos also all come from the same source, some film school in the area. Makes me wonder...

But my wierd thing is that, after finding GLP, I played the role of being the "I AM", like others at GLP, at the time - April of 2003 - were doing.

Then, the trick being on me; its like reality decided to make me that.

At this point, just hoping to have the last laugh?

Related to that, on April 22nd, 2003 In did the first ritualisic thing I've ever done. I took a few items to the park nextdoor and buried them; a cloth map, a quartz marble, a pewter doll, and a piece of VHS tape of the movie Excalibur. It was an attempt at creating Middle Earth.

The thinking behind doing that was to remove some of the polarity in reality. It has to go somewhere, right? So, create Middle Earth...

It was a very small park. The name of it was "The Enchanted Forest". Not kidding; didn't even know that till after I did my thing. It only has one building, the visitor center I guess, with a horse coral on the outside. It has a side4walk path that goes on a loop around the back, being maybe 500+ yards long.

Well, I walk to were this loop, in the sidewalk, makes the turn in back (where the woods protected me the most so I could do this 'ritual' without being seen.

On my walk back, I ran across this father type with his circa 5 year old son on a bicycle with training wheels. The face of the father looked remarkably like the pweter doll I buried, an orc from the game Everquest. This guy says to me there is a bridge further on, and more after that. I know there isn't....

Re: What is the weirdest thing you've ever seen?
To continue:

So I saw this guy with the orc like face, who told me the park keeps going. I just said hi, waved my hand, and kept walking, down the walkway back to my car. The walkway passes infront of the horse coral. There happens to be this male horse standing just on the other side of the fence (of the coral). As I come to pass it the horses skin has a ripple that goes from its hind quarter to the to its neck, like a wave, and the horse gets a hard-on (thats how I know it was a male). That was the wierdest part; this wave/ripple going thru the horse. The horse didn't neigh or anything. It was just standing there, I guess looking at me.

When this guy said the park continues on, saying there is a bridge, even though I knew it didn't: the park is on the corner of the intersection of Opa Locka (135th) and Federal Highway: it could not have gone any further. Um, that wasn't a real sentence, was it? Anyway, I knew the park didn't go any further, so I took what the guy said as confirmation that what I had just done, buring the items, had an effect, like on reality.

Oh, about the 'orc man' and the horse. That incident reminds me of whats on a pack of Marlboro ciggs. Its the picture of a horse and a horse like creature, holding up a circle of red. The horse is the horse in the park, the horse like creature the orc like man. The red circle is the creation?

You should have stuck around the park longer.
Was the park larger years ago, but you don't remember, or weren't born? I'd look into that, the old man may have been right.

The park could not ever have been any bigger, atleast not in the direction the orc man was indicating. As I said, it is on the corner of two main roads; there never was a bridge over Federal Highway...

The shape of the body is about right, minus the head and legs. The creaturs I saw definitely did not have a head and legs like that. We do have snapping turtles and water turtles in the ponds but they are not shaped like the pictured one and I have never seen a soft shelled turtle in our ponds. I don't think it was a turtle.

Wow, i've read the entire thread. Took me a few days but was worth it.

Time to share a weird experience that i had.

It was in the early nineties, i was 13 and was about to go to bed. Me and my dad where talking in the living room. I stood in the doorway looking around the door to my dad who was on the couch to my right. When suddenly i saw a red laser, coming from above the rooftops, through the window across from me.
The laser made a red dot on the wall about a feet to my left, the dot was basketball size. About hip height. It didn't shake and started to move in my direction horizontally, again perfectly horizontal, no shaking. It moved kind of slow, like a meter (3ft) in 2 seconds. I jumped behind the door not to get hit by the light, i kinda crawled underneath the beam and watched it move towards my dad. My dad ducked to avoid the beam too and when it couldn't go further to the right it was turned off.
I lived in a small village outside Groningen, The Netherlands, back then. I can still point to the spot it came from. About two meters (7ft) above the rooftops from the other side of the village. There are no buildings behind that house for miles. There was no chopper, at least no other lights, no sound. It just seemed to come from the sky. Laser pointers weren't as common as nowadays, it didn't shake and we never saw it again. It really felt like it was 'looking' for us. Me and my dad spoke about it a few times, but we both can't explain it.

If it was that large and didn't shake, then it was either mounted on something in orbit, or from a very stable platform.

Re: What is the weirdest thing you've ever seen?
I think Comet Holmes deserves a mention. Especially that it was not covered in the worlds media. Didn't it get to a big size? I am very much a layman when it comes to astronomy, but wasn't it like the biggest thing, of its kind, in our solar system? Wasn't its diameter like bigger than the sun, at one point?

I think it was a huge event. And not covered in the news. Kinda makes one scratch the noggin.

I wonder if it means/stands for anything; like a heralder of times or things to come?

We are supposed to watch the skies.

And, if it were not for GLP, I think I'd still be ignorant of it. hf
