2 out of body experiences, telepathic experiences thru-out my life, sensing the presence of ghosts.. even 'feeling' them, watching a luminious purple tapered ball of light fly around the room entering someone.. shooting out towards me making me jump out of the way.. then is dissapeared thru a brick wall, have seen a flying saucer up close.. with 'telepathic' contact with an alien telling to come closer to the window (tho' wasn't happy about being told to step out of the window 3 floors up!!.. so I ran away like hell), an orange noisy fireball hovering outside.. which made me feel scared, 2 egg shaped luminous craft a very high speed, a triangle with hazy purple lights flying by & turning at a sharp right angle, seeing events before they happened.. the most powerful being ones of 'warning! get the hell out now!! which saved my life).

Re: What is the weirdest thing you've ever seen?
This thread is really interesting. There are a lot of posts I'd like to respond to. But, I will limit myself to relating at least one incident from my life. I've had many.

I was walking up to my patio one afternoon and a chunk of bread like French or Italian fell out of the sky near the corner closest to where I was standing. I was shocked to say the least. I just looked up at the sky and down at the bread which was about 2 inches thick and what? 3 inches across, however wide the standard type loaf bread runs.

I did not want to pick it up. I just left it there. The next morning I got up and the bread was there. Came home still there. This went on for 4 or 5 days. Not a dog, cat, bird, squirrel, ant or anything ate the bread.
Then one day I came home and it was gone with no crumb at all remaining. To this day that bread is one of those strange mysteries.

Re: What is the weirdest thing you've ever seen?
So what's the strangest thing you've seen? Something paranormal? Something just bizarre?

A wallaby in a parking lot in Dallas Texas?

A sasquatch? ghost?

A UFO?

The weirdest thing I have personally laid eyes on was one of those Triangle UFO things that were popular a few years back. Flew right over my house.

What'cha got GLP?

I saw a demon run out from under my bed. He was about 2 feet high and had a horn (looked like a picked hat) on the back of his head. It was when I was taking codeine cough medicine for my bronchitis. It was making me hallucinate.

Did you read poster a few pages back. It also relates a one foot high man with a horn on his head running out from under the bed! Scary.

I remember those. It is not healthy for your mind to expose it to such as that.

Re: What is the weirdest thing you've ever seen?
I was driving down the dirt road on the ranch where I work. It was dusk, but I was still able to see. Three groups of about ten each, of something....not sure what, flew over my truck. They were about 15-25 feet above my truck. I thought to myself...are those birds? They were about the size of Canadian geese, but the strange thing was, there was no wing flapping at all. There were V shaped and fixed as they flew. I have since watched Canadian geese fly over my truck and they were ALL flapping their wings as they went over. This has never made any sense to me at all. It is hard for me to say they were UFOs because I always thought a UFO would be bigger than that.

Re: What is the weirdest thing you've ever seen?
My family have work in the thoroughbred industrybased out of launceston tasmania, and after trackwotk one morning at around 4am , i and 2 other riders were cooling the horses down at the back of the stables in the sandroll (which backs on to the bush) when we saw what can only be described as a Tasmanian Tiger as we saw the strpes and it had a tail like a kangaroo.

But it scattered as quick as it was seen as the horses must have scared it.

I and the other 2 were and have not been the only people to have seen them of a morning , many trainers have alot of stories, and they are not the type to bullshit.

Re: What is the weirdest thing you've ever seen?
I don't count ghosts as being anything weird so I would have to say a strange creature my husband and I saw.

He had been in law enforcement his whole life and just didn't believe in paranormal things and used to make fun of the paranormal experiences that I had over the years.

We lived about five miles up a mountain with a narrow and windy road with no shoulder in places. One night we were going into town and when we came out of a long curve this creature came up the embankment on the passenger side, saw us, and leaned back to avoid being hit.

It was about 6 to 7 feet tall, tan colored fur, had hooves on the two hind feet it was standing on, a body structure of a horse (but standing on two feet straight up like a man), had the head of a wolf or dog. The weirdest thing though was that it had strange arms that it was flailing around that looked more like thick tentacles and appeared to have more than two of them. How many I couldn't tell since it was whipping them around back and forth.

When we first came out of the curve my husband started braking when we were still a ways from it so we got a fairly good look. When we passed it I could see how huge it was since I was on the passenger side. I was only about 6 inches from the thing because of the narrow road. Luckily, it was winter and I had the window up.

My husband turned around at the first road and we went back. The thing was gone. My husband was really shook up. I told him we should report it but he didn't want to and said that they would never believe him. He passed away about five years later but would bring it up to me often. It stayed on his mind and really bothered him. He never really got over it.

I told him not to worry because it was just something coming from another dimension. That seemed to bother him more.

I've seen a couple of other oddities (rods) but this was by far the strangest.

Sounds kind of like one of those centaurs/dog men that they see in the South West sometimes. I wonder if that's what they're making in Level 7 of Dulce (that someone referred to earlier).

Re: What is the weirdest thing you've ever seen?
I have seen what I call the Others. They seem to be average people. Always men. Very ordinary. Extremely so.

But they don't belong. They are watchers. They show up at traumatic events-- sometimes big ones, sometimes small ones.

I used to think that I was schizophrenic and seeing things. But other people see them, too. It's just that they don't really GET that they are seeing something that doesn't belong.

They even sometimes interact with people. Here's an example, that kind of shows the cognitive dissonance people display around them, and the kind of things they tend to gravitate towards.

________________

I was very young, and I was staying at a motel. It was a bit of a dive, but hey.

Anyhow, there was this hooker that lived in the complex also. She had a little toddler, a boy. That little sweetheart just broke my heart. She would set him down, and make him stay that way all day long while she slept. She turned the TV on, and he watched TV and sat in the same exact place ALL THE TIME.

Yes, I did call CPS on her. They came, but they called her first... and so she bought food for him (all he got before that was cheerios and reconstituted powdered milk-- 1%).

So, this is the situation that the Other was watching.

I saw him the first time at the bus stop. He stood off to the left of it, near a trash can beside a telephone pole. People walked past him, going around him as if he were a homeless bum or something distasteful. But he looked like an average guy to me.

Sometimes, they'd even talk to him, and he seemed to answer pleasantly enough.

I knew him for what he was at that time. A while later, I saw him across the allyway from our little dive motel. He was in either place for about a week. I asked other people, "Do you see that man?" They all would answer yes. When I stated he'd been hanging around an unnatural amount of time, they completely blew it off.

Then one day, I saw him go in to the hooker's home. He came out, and the next day I chanced to run into her. I asked her who he was, and at first she seemed completely confused, as if she didn't think anyone had been there. Then she said, "Oh yeah, him" after I described him, "he's the plumber."

I asked what was wrong with the plumbing that he could fix it that fast. She thought for a moment, and then said, "Oh, no, that was Bill. He's my friend from back East."

With some more prying about "where back east," she then changed it to a new story about him being a John. I finally decided that she, like others I have asked about these Others... really didn't know or remember. Yet she was still trying to find an explanation for him having been there. More for her own sake, I posit, than mine.

Two days later, I went to the bus stop. I would only go when there were other people there, because he was usually there.

This was right after the CPS refused to do anything to help little Bryce.

When I was about to get on the bus behind the other person, the Other stopped me, "Sandi." I turned to him. He said, "No one will ever believe you, so don't bother to tell them."

I didn't see the same one again after that. But there was a new one there, and he was the same.

This was one of the less than a handful of times that one of Them has openly acknowledged me. So they know I can see them, and that I GET that they don't belong.

But I don't know what it all means. I can't explain it. I don't know their motive or their purpose. They make me, and other people, extremely uncomfortable.

There has been one there at all the worst times of my life, too. Just watching.

I know that I'm not making them up, or hallucinating them, because others talk to and interact with them. They DO do very strange things like stand in the same place for days. Things people SHOULD think are plain peculiar, yet for some reason don't seem to find remarkable at the time.

I don't claim to understand it. I can't pretend to explain it. But I do know it's very, very strange.
 Quoting: Sandi_T

That's fascinating, Sandy. Next time you see one, why don't you talk to him - doesn't sound like they'd actually hurt you. Ask him what he wants or what he gets out of hanging around.
