Several contradictions, gold is not valuable, yet hoarders will be hunted? That makes no sense. If someone has gold, there is a 99% they have multiple firearms and thousands of rounds. In the situation the vid sets up, wouldn't an easier target be better?

Gold will always have value.. it's the best conducter, corrosion resistant, and maliable to name a few reasons.

I think we can preserve some civilization if we TRY to be prepared for shortages and some will have to preserve their wealth.

I also think that having good seeds and a willingness to teach others survival skills is going to keep us all human. We will also have to learn to live a whole new way, which will be tough for most, and most won't survive the shock.
