You are quite right, but why did you ignore Muslims and Hindus, among others? It seems that they should worry at least as much as the Christians on the topics you quote. Or are you implying that they will simply ignore the rules, and nothing will happen to them, while the same rules will strictly be enforced on Christians? In the Uk government really so stupid? In the Uk government really so stupid?....Yep!   As always with UK law, the question is of spirit(of the law), and intent(of application). The spirit is usually one of egalitarian application, the intent is to specifically target certain groups or sectors of society, so, as far as preachers of hate or discrimination in any form, as long as you understand it, i.e. in spoken or written english language, then it is applicable. Make of that what you will..
