"The Lovers Dance"
This is a variation of the Tibetan basic tantara pose where upon vaginal penetration, the female places her left leg around the male's right hip and he turns his right foot out and rocks to the side.
In this Celtic derivation, Boadeshia showed me, the male places his left leg around her right hip and they grip with right hands (as they are facing each other). They will both have their right leg down on the ground. They will then lean far back and one or both may reach their left hand back to steady themselves on an object or a wall.
Their right legs, in a dancing rythm, controls movement.
It is very beautiful. Like the Celtic dances you see.
The right hands grip with the fingers cupped in and then locking into each other.
One partner can stand straight while the other leans back and then alternate for rythm and movement.
With her hairknots and the gracefulness of the movement, it was really something to see.
