Ever notice how your cat hides when it's time to go to the vet? Or your dog runs for a treat when you think about giving him one? Or the front door when you think about going for a walk?


My two dogs love ice cream. We try to sneak into the kitchen and get ice cream without them noticing. It's almost impossible. I can take other things out of the freezer and they don't pay any attention, but whenever I take out the ice cream they both come running.


They smell it, believe me. I once bought a pistol from a friend and brought it home in my briefcase. My dog, asleep at the time wakes up walks over and stuffs her head in my briefcase and won't pull it out. I had to go over and dislodge it.
