What Does Everyone Think of the Prospect of Life on Mars?
I'm curious.

I've been talking with everyone I know regarding the potential of Andrew D. Basiago's claims being true.

When I initially encountered them, I had a violent inner reaction to even the concept of him being correct with the whole life on Mars thing.

Still do, actually...but the REST of his story dovetails with SO many things I've been tailing and tracking as a lifelong Conspiracy Theorist that I am compelled to at least face and truly consider it.

Clincher for me is the insider knowledge of Tesla stuff that I got through some amazing lucid dreams about three years ago...for four months on the New Moon portion of the cycle. (along with something a client said about his lifelong association with Donald Rumsfeld, also a part of Basiago's story)

So, all that being said, I've basically polled everyone I know, and even have started up with strangers, asking them all what they thought the potential, possibility, or probability of life on other planets, especially Mars.

To a number, EVERYONE has the same response I did...utter astonishment that I would even consider such a thing, almost amounting to rudeness. Even the most mild-mannered person immediately shows discomfort and a desire to quickly end the conversation.

So, I'd like to know, especially with this crowd, what do you think of the possibility of life on other planets, especially Mars?!

Please, I am not interested in hashing out Basiago's claims, merely your initial reaction to the question about the chance of Life on Mars today.

If possible, please limit the conversation to that.

Cheers

Given the environment on Mars, as we understand it to be, I'd say that the likelihood of compex life-forms on Mars is exponentially improbable. There may exist simple life-forms, however, I doubt it seriously.

For me, life on Mars closed the case. The pictures that Rover sent back are incredible. It's basically underground disclosure. It wasn't announced, but have a look for yourself, Rover exposed solid evidence of an Ancient Civilization.

There is a broken plate with art, statues, squared off structural block, fossils, so much more. NASA needs to make this a public announcement. It was a soft intro into the reality.

Why did I know this'd be a warmer crowd?

Damn, thanks.

The general populace has the same troubles I did, and I was fishing for why I was so adamantly against it.

Foreign to the extreme. Not considerable.

Thanks for the Mars Rover image. Apparently there are a whole group of folks looking at these images and spotting things that are congruent with life. Evidences.

I didn't know that about Tesla. Funny how these things pop up at just the right time.

Another friend, out of the blue, told me he got his stuff from dreams...sleeping outdoors on a metal-framed bed?!

He told me that while I was going through my dreams three years ago...and gave me great comfort, since I was on the verge of losing it.

But my reaction to life on Mars was decidedly human and Earth-centric...funny how even with a generation of movie and tv show preparation, the concept of other forms of life was simply something I couldn't fathom.

It was patently ridiculous to me. I am only now coming around to it, since the other things I'm investigating seem to check out...and it all dovetails completely with my wild-ass Conspiracy Conclusions.

(someone once put one of my posts from another board on YouTube...Gannon Conspiracy Theory...it kinda freaked me out, and I still don't know who went to the trouble to lay it out with still imagery, it must've taken some time)

I think Mr. Basiago gets that a lot, he's trying to get a paper published that shows evidences of life on Mars in ONE collage photo published on the NASA/JPL archives.

But, back to the survey...thanks for the feedback already.

Cheers!

Re: What Does Everyone Think of the Prospect of Life on Mars?
To prime the pump, a shaman from St. Louis recently said he was able to traverse through his past lives, and he was a pilot on a water transport vehicle that used to go between Mars, Earth, and the planet that became the asteroid belt.

He said this after chuckling when I asked him a question, after a sweat-lodge duration of him using language that was decidedly other-world leading and opening.

I asked him what he thought about the potential of life on Mars, and his direct reply was, "Every time I read about something NASA claims, I laugh, they are the biggest liars on the planet!"

Then he said the things about his past lives. Talked about how the planet that exploded was an even better source for water than Earth, and Mars needed it for their agriculture and settlements.

He said we all had deep memories of the planetary explosion embedded in our DNA that kept us deeply agitated concerning the direction our planet was currently taking us...and that was why the so-called UFOs have been watching us so closely since we exploded those nuclear bombs over Japan in WWII.

Apparently they want us alive for some reason...and intact.

Tell me about it. I was up into the nether hours reading it. Sent it to a lot of my friends. Thankfully, User compiled it into media files. I kick myself for not paying attn when she was posting back in the Spring to October of this year. Thought the Avatar name was a comedic line and ignored it. Now I am pissed I did not post and ask her pertinent questions.

It’s a gullible world but I sift heartily things like this. I have actually compared some of her writings to other information and find it pretty much in alignment. She is the only one who talks about who controls the greys. Her mission here is gawdawful. But she is a sixth order of consciousness, so she says and in our timeline of our future 109th? Century on Mars.

Bob Dean and Henry Deacon talked about the “doorways” underground that teleported them to Mars, all a big coverup by our gov’t. So, all the possibilities need to line up. We need to know and read everything and then discern.
Good hunting Gannon!

Maybe soon. I know one has been done, but with new evidence...I'd hate to have the baggage along early in a discussion to taint.

Re: What Does Everyone Think of the Prospect of Life on Mars?
Complex critters say fish, cockroaches, rats on up most likely do not exist on Mars anymore.

We do know that Mars had (past tense) abundant water, we see evidence of ocean basins and even riverbeds.

How dense was Mar's atmosphere? No one knows. We have several great guesses, however they are just that - guesses.

Earth and Mars are very similar in size and mass thus gravity. However Venus's atmosphere is about 93 times more dense than Earth's. Mar's could have had a substantially denser atmosphere at one time, enough to support complex life forms and a complex ecology with sufficient biodiversity to even have intelligent life at one point in its history. Or Mars could have had an atmospheric pressure too low for anything more than oceans of microscopic lifeforms with lichen and moss only. We do not know.

Mars is now dead. Sorry if life still exists on Mars it is microbial at best - maybe as complex as lichen or moss - maybe.

Mars is a strange world, one that still barely exists at triple point. This means that its atmosphere is still dense enough with temperature ranges high enough to contain water in all three states, solid (ice), liquid and vapor. It is also small enough to where we could, even with our presently limited technology bring it back to life... of a sort.

It is also a planet that we should NOT be sending lots of space junk to until we can mount a manned mission capable of studying the virgin planet to detect life (microbial) before we contaminate it with earth microbes. Sadly we most likely have already contaminated it.

Life on Europa (The water moon) is highly probable and may be as complex as fish.

That is about all we can expect inside our own solar system.

As for life outside of the solar system. That depends on how often stable stars have terrestrial planets in their Goldilocks Zones and how stable those planets are. We now understand that the basic building blocks of life water and the chemicals of life itself are abundant in the universe.

Further we have confirmation that planets do form around other stars, granted all we have found thus far appear to be gas giants, however we are working on the technology to detect smaller terrestrial planets and will within the next 10 to 20 years have a list of stars with rocky planets. After that say another 50 years tops we will know if those planets have nitrogen/oxygen atmospheres. If they do then we will know that life does exist on them.

Oxygen rich atmospheres are a product of life. Oxygen tends to bind with other elements, life (plants to be specific) have mastered breaking the bond between the carbon and oxygen in carbon dioxide using the carbon for cell structure and releasing oxygen as a waste.

Tesla was a genius. There is no way I can say otherwise. However the line between genius and insanity is very, very fine. I believe that Tesla crossed that line more than once in his lifetime.

Others understood that Tesla walked that thin line and took advantage of that fact to abuse him while he lived. Thus I find it a wee bit difficult to believe that Tesla actually talked to Martians.

Andrew D. Basiago does well on the Rorschach test that we get in the way of images from Mars. Unfortunately every image he has is blurred, ill defined or has been doctored to the point where his interpretation is just an interpretation of the images.

I am moderate in most things, however when it comes to calling an image of what is most likely a rock a skull, a hand, an artifact of a past civilization when the image is too indistinct to make such a call I would stick with it is a geologic feature until such time that we get a close up image of it and or send a manned mission to Mars and have them return with the skull, artifact, what ever.

Mars died about a billion years ago. Her death was a slow and agonizing one and there should be no doubt that any civilization that could have been on Mars was not only wiped out by the processes leading to Mars death, but also wiped out by the billions of years of wind and sand erosion. Nothing a civilization can make can last billions of years on an active planet.
