Not sure what to think as intelligence differs on whether Iran is simply boistering as usual to scare off Israel, or if they really were setting the stage for a nuclear detonation to truly make Israel think before attack. Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad announced during a speech at the Tehran main square that his country has produced nuclear fuel enriched to a level of 20% for the first time.


According to Ahmadinejad, the Islamic Republic is capable of enriching uranium to a level of 80%, but it chooses not to. He added that the Western powers began threatening Iran when they realized it was capable of such production. (Dudi Cohen and AFP)

There is a time and place set for an attack on Iran and the other enemies. Only a few persons in my nation know of such time and place. SO much fanfare this year for Iran and so little bang for the punch. Yes they announce they are a nuclear state and they admit they can build a nuclear weapon if they wanted to. At the same time, the leaders of Iran are not nuts just yet.

Instead of detonating a bomb and causing Israel to immediately hit, they continue to play the name game warning of this and that. They do not want to reveal their nuclear card with a signature detonation until they are well prepared to strike all enemies first. All signs coming from the Axis of Evil are that within the next three months, the chess pieces will have been moved into place and the war will begin earnestly out in the open. Until then, Iran wants to start things slow with a few terror strikes here, a random artillery shell there. Their immediate intent is to gain traction in the region by playing their public relations ploy every few days as to the imminent destruction of Israel in the hopes of gaining more support from regional nations.

Iran wants to entice and/or scare the regional players such as Yeman, Libya, SAudi Arbia, Iraq, Egypt, Turkey, and Jordan into joining their campfire chants of death to Israel. There are signs that they have Turkey mesmerized by their demonic intent already. Part of the delay of the attack is to acquire Turkey's full support. Further, Iran needs more time to transport troops to Lebanon and Syria as well as acquire more military equipment from N Korea and Russia. It has been happenning and continues to happen. Though they are ready for war, they want to entice Israel into a response and then use it for that justification to counter attack with everything. At the same time, Iran has had little effect on Israel so far and if that is the case, Iran is simply buying time to do it herself with all of her new and old friends. Why justify the counter atatck if everyone in the region joins in on the first attack. No matter what, it does apepar Egypt and Jordan will stand away from the fray and keep their ear plugs in in order to not be hypnotized into joining this allegiance.

What is Israel doing then? Israel has been promised all American support in an attack if no successful effort is made in sanctions on Iran. AT the same time, this means Israel must wait until Obama gives permission before Israel strikes. Israel has recieved many new weapons and weapon defense systems in support of this effort. They too have seen intent from the U.S. with anti-missile systems in the region. However, Obama continues to withhold an attack order. Though deep down Obama knows only a military attack will take out Iran, Obama knows it would lead to a massive war. He does not want that owned to himself. He is a marxist and detests war except on his own people to become that marxist state. Thus, he welcomes any attack on America that leads to that success. However, he will not be the war president. Thus, he will allow Israel to attack, but only when Obama feels the tingle in his leg to do so. When? Obama's logic is to wait first for justification, such as a nuclear detonation from Iran. He does have an underlying ploy to use Israel for the means of destruction. He does not care about Israel and if he waits long enough, he knows that Israel will be too weak to take on all combatants and weapons systems coming together against Israel. Thus, Israel will be taken out of the picture. Second, he knows the U.S. will face attacks too. He can then clamp down on such attacks and justify marshal law. Further, he does not care if then his military units in IRaq and Afghansitan get destroyed in the fray. Less anti-Obama support for him. Though he has made promises to Israel and his own military and acts and walks the walk, he will withhold crucial support to his own military, his own nation, and his supposed ally Israel in order to allow Israel's destruction, and jsutify the re-building of a marxist state in the U.S.

Now, what about Israel? Bibi is playing sides too. He knows he cannot trust the leader of the U.S. he too knows he has us military support. The U.S. military is providing great intell, great weaponry, great parts and munitions per order of Obama and Bibi and the IDF are sucking it all in. Thye too know that at a moments notice, that support may dry up. Bibi has followed the game of withholding an attack as he knows the hell the war will be too. Though he hopes he can trust the U.S. history tells him to only trust his nation and G-D at his moment. Thus, his red-line has been a nuclear detonation. Further, he too has satellites gaining pin-point detail of where radiation is located within Iran including the canister AHmidinjnut was holding yesterday. Such small mistakes by Iran are leading to new targets as we speak. Further, transfers of weapons and troops are easy targets in Syria and Lebanon unless used. Thus, the time-line for Bibi is to wiat until troops and weapons are concentrated and appear locked and loaded. AT that point she will attack and if Israelk feels threated seriosuly enough, she has nuclear bunker busters ready to do action. Bibi will play the U.S. game until she knows her survivla in war will not be likely without taking the first action. Unfortunately that is coming into the same time-line as Iran. Israel only has a few months left to prepare the battlefield. Waiting too long will lead to a crucial mistkae that will cost Israel it's survival. Red lines for Israel are a Hezbollah attack where someone is killed, a hamas massive terror attack killing over 5, a missile launch from Syria into an Isareli city, an Iranian nuclear test, Turkey's announcement of joining the defense pact with Iran, if it appears that Egypt or Jordan waiver on their support of remaining neutral, or when Israel is assured sufficient nuclear program sites have been intelled to justify strikes will be successful.

All ends point to war, but when? Not this week but in the coming weeks there will be much more talk and in coming months, it gets ugly, ugly, ugly.

Biblically Iran will go against Israel. Israel will not ever destroy Iran as that is not foretold. What is foretold is Damascus being utterly and completely destroyed.

Turkey seems to be a key piece in this game. Which side they pick could be a game changer.

Once you get to 20%, it is easy to go the rest of the way to 90%.

Because of this ease, for political/military analysis purposes, 20% = 90%. In other words, if you accept that a nation has reached 20%, you must assume they have made it to 90%.

And if you are thus forced to assume they have 90%, you are then forced to assume that they have the ability to make a nuke.

And if you believe they COULD have a nuke, you must then proceed under the assumption that they DO.

Instead: yes, you are right, it only takes a few weeks enrichment to get to the 80 to 90% verses many many months to get to 5%.

Yeah except they only produce 5kg of 20% every month. And they need 3.5kg for their reactor every month.

Let's say they keep 1.5kg every month... and then they use it for 90% enrichment... and they need about 10 kg minimum for a 10 kiloton bomb (hiroshima)... it will take a while before they can have even one nuke.

In another sign of growing cooperation between Israel and the US ahead of a new round of sanctions on Iran, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Adm. Michael Mullen will arrive in Israel on Sunday as the guest of IDF Chief of General Staff Lt.-Gen. Gabi Ashkenazi.

Mullen, who has visited Israel in the past, recently met with Ashkenazi at a NATO conference in Brussels.

He will meet with Ashkenazi as well as other senior IDF generals, including Deputy Chief of Staff Maj.-Gen. Benny Gantz, Military Intelligence chief Maj.-Gen. Amos Yadlin and the IDF’s military attaché in Washington DC Maj.-Gen. Gadi Shamni. He will also meet separately with Defense Minister Ehud Barak.

Mullen will be received Sunday at the Kirya Military Headquarters in Tel Aviv with a formal IDF honor guard and will also visit the Yad Vashem Holocaust Museum in Jerusalem.

According to a recent New York Times article, Mullen has urged Israel to hold off on attacking Iran and to give the new round of sanctions, expected to be imposed in the coming weeks, a fair chance.
