Another thought;

Tower of Babel was about a mile and a half high, the highest recorded building in history. The builders were made to work day and night and one recorded incident was a woman making bricks was not allowed to leave in order to give birth when it was her time. She delivered and put the infant in her apron and went back to making more bricks. The "Gate of the gods" was their inspiration to make this building.. in order to be One people.
Babel= Confusion ... The chaos and confusion was profound enough to scatter these people to abandon & leave in utter confusion.

Back in 1929-31 the Empire State Building was the tallest building in the world. The Depression hit and the building was mostly empty. Laid-off workers & broke businessmen used the building to jump to their deaths.

January 4, 2010 the Dubai Tower is now open. Its the tallest building in the world. Dubai is experiencing billions in dept and the towers' luxury offices are mostly empty. Tiger Woods' golf course is dry & dead. Tourists are not coming anymore. What is the REAL story is that the tower was built by near slave labor under inhumane conditions. It was a tower built by human suffering.

Seems to me that if history repeats.. then this symbolic tower represents the coming monetary crash ... and a profound chaotic worldwide regrouping of power - immense suffering - and of course the anti-christ leads (Green Energy of course) the world into a oneness. Slavery to the Green, no doubt. Recycled mind controled zombies.

That was an intelligent response. The Burj makes me feel sad, not happy, for humanity. All the money that went into that effort ... and I read it's near a fault zone? And it certainly isn't sustainable. It also makes me feel uneasy. It seems like such a transient thing. Will it even be there a decade from now?

Van, it would be interesting if you could find the history of the Burj ... How long ago did they start planning on building it? Whose dream is it?

It is hard for me to believe its opening date was "encoded" into the Georgia Guidestones when the guidestones were constructed three decades ago ... You can easily find news stories giving previous opening dates for the Burj that had to be rejected because it wasn't close enough to being finished.

It's easier for me to believe Ted Turner had a part in the Guidestones. Reading a profile of him, I find that he seems both tactless and savior-oriented. If he is the creator of the stones, it probably didn't occur to him that today's people would be upset at the guidestones because it implies their deaths. The author primarily envisioned the audience for the guidestones as survivors of the nuclear or environmental holocaust that he thinks is coming our way soon and didn't think about how the present day billions would view his message.

The world's tallest building's height just came out, 828 meters. that is of course, 18 when added together, 8+2+8=18 or 6 6 6.
