a few weeks ago, my son was watching PBS.
it was about the iraqi war and about soldiers who were in distress over war duties...it showed one marine? who wound up killing himself.
on that show, they interviewed several veterans.
one stated that in other past conflicts...that if you rejected the idea of war...you were considered weak...and useless...and were SHOT.
expendible.
