Absolutely not.
The CDC reports over 11,000 fatalities from 1956 to the present suffered by persons who attempted to learn sewing from books.
Most of the fatal injuries involved massive blood loss from multiple blunt force trauma to the cranium.
For the love of God, stop, before it's too late.
