Migraine? Wear sunglasses in bed. Migraine sufferers are being advised to wear sunglasses at night to ease the painful condition
A study of two groups of people who suffered regular severe headaches showed that light increased the effects of migraines. One group was made up of blind people and the other of people with standard vision.
Both were exposed to light and researchers found the blind group did not report increased pain.
In the blind patients, the optic nerve did not send messages to the brain, as it would in those with regular vision

I have found that not having kids means I don't get migraines. This is based on a personal study that everyone else I know that has children get migraines.

I don't suppose eating right would be an option.

Migraines are caused by low omega 3, magnesium and B complex all of which are depleted by trans fat and sugar.

I'm sorry, but if you have so much light on at night that you need to wear sunglasses... you have bigger problems than headaches.

Not so. While migraines do have food and drink triggers in most sufferers, after more than 20 years of research, and 5 0+ years of living with it, most migraines are caused by coming seismic activity. The symptoms go so far as to occurr on one side or the other depending on where the activity will be. Migraine pain is often relieved immediately on the occurance of the quake that caused it.

[link to www.futurequake.bravehost.com] , This hasn't been updated recently as I have been busy with another project, although I have made recent accurate predictions here at GLP.

BTW, my intake of omega 3's, magnesuim and B complex is excellent.

Right on!

Refined sugar is one of the leading causes of migraines. Probably followed by white bread, white rice, deep fried white potatoes and other highly processed foods

Never eat junk food and don't get headaches.

That is completely retarded. The primary cause or migraines is bad posture. Sit and stand straight and take the pressure off your upper neck and the migraines just may go away.
