Migraine sufferers are being advised to wear sunglasses at night to ease the painful condition I don't suppose eating right would be an option. While migraines do have food and drink triggers in most sufferers, after more than 20 years of research, and 5 0+ years of living with it, most migraines are caused by coming seismic activity. The symptoms go so far as to occurr on one side or the other depending on where the activity will be. Migraine pain is often relieved immediately on the occurance of the quake that caused it. Refined sugar is one of the leading causes of migraines. Probably followed by white bread, white rice, deep fried white potatoes and other highly processed foods Never eat junk food and don't get headaches. |

Migraine sufferers are being advised to wear sunglasses at night to ease the painful condition That is completely retarded. The primary cause or migraines is bad posture. Sit and stand straight and take the pressure off your upper neck and the migraines just may go away. |
