Ok - here is the information I'm piecing together. Granted, this doesn't explain anything specific on what was done or how the program was put together, but it does lay out what these people were thinking/what their philosophies were. I'll reference 'sage docs' and you can do a look-up there to find the articles or I'll post a direct link, when possible.

Don Bushnell - worked for System Development Corporation in Santa Monica, CA. Don Bushnell/SDC was one of the Contracting Agencies involved with developing the MGM program.
