No direct associations to the gifted program but I do keep noting Rand popping up on the sidelines. It's interesting. Looks like they do analysis of a variety of things that the government would be interested in. Guess that explains why Rand pops up in regards to the gifted or education but thought it worth noting. They used to call themselves a think tank and my grandpa always warned me to watch out for think tanks. Maybe that's why I'm noting/posting it, lol.
