Watenburg finally convinced military to drop food without parachutes down to the Kurds I believe....finally they accepted his plan and nothing broke etc....when palates with parachutes were dropped, they were noticed and attracted hostiles and you had a good chance of getting shot going for it...Not this prob in Haiti I would hope

I have researched Zimbabwe. I think we should be donating more money then we're doing as a country now. We should also be donating all those plastic coffins the u.s has for us and give them to haiti so they can stop the spread of disease from the unfortunately high death toll they have been dealt.
