If it were setting directly west from Santa Monica this time of year, THEN there'd be something to be concerned about. That was reference to the person before who stated it was in the west. |

The camera has not updated for some reason, the image shown is from Jan 02, 2010. Well considering Santa Monica doesn't truly face due west it faces w/s.w...sorry, grew up in so. cal on the coast, sun usually never set due west. | Anonymous Coward User ID: 29540589 12/10/2012 08:08 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I live in Ma. And it is setting way south from normal been pointing it out to my girl for weeks now. In the summer it sets directly Cross the bay and toward the winter months looking west it sets toward the south I'd say about 15 deg. And now its more like 40 deg. Way off from the norm. You have to be blind not to see it. |

I mean like South south, not south east. South... I know, but usually these threads start in October and November. By now all the shills are exhuasted and stop replying. It's definitely too far south IMHO Even tho you sound a little hysterical, I have to agree! Saturday we were at an event (outside), and I was trying to figure out what time it was, but I really couldn't get a good "read" on the time, b/c I felt the sun was TOO FAR SOUTH to actually tell me what time it was! TOO FAR SOUTH. I KNOW it's winter. Duh. But still.....you should know when it's approaching noon, or if it's late afternoon, or whatev.... |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 508527Yes it is supposed to set south west - but it is south! More to the south than normal... I am going to the store! Before the store please take the compass, put in front of camera and take the shot of the sun settling down. Thanks |
| Anonymous Coward User ID: 25676821 12/10/2012 08:16 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Here's what I think. I think the seasons will start to come faster now. So we're a month off now, making it effectively Feb. I bet in Feb we get march winds.. in March we get April showers.... Quoting: Anonymous Coward 858728 Yes, I've said for a few years now that Pole Shift has started, and the SEASONS are messed up! I live in the SE, and we have what is known as "hurricane season" - it seems to be either starting earlier or ending later each year, and my take on it is it is because of pole shift! The seasons are "off" by one to two months. |

I thought I was crazy two weeks ago when I noticed it.. never said anything to anybody and a few days saw a GLP thread about it!! I'm glad I'm not the only crazy one!
