No, we prefer to keep our money and mind our own business. Our worthless government disagrees with us. Tax money should be spent on US. Individuals can (and should) donate during disasters as they choose. The government should provide services like rescuing and flying in emergency food and water. It is NOT up to US to "rebuild" any one else's country...maybe they don't want their country built our way.

The American people do not want to go without.

They don't really care how TPTB go about getting it for them as long as they get it.
