FREE Past Life Regression Self Hypnosis mp3

"Thank you very much for the information. I came back to post here because I listened to it and would like to share my experience.

I am a very open minded person and believe that hypnosis is real, and I consider myself to be spiritual.. I listened to this and while it did bring me into a very deep, relaxed state, I did not see anything when it told me to visualize the doors and light and such.

I could sort of picture the staircase in my mind but it felt very forced. I then couldn't produce images of doors, nor did these images come naturally. After I "went through the light," yet again I didn't see anything.

What does this mean? Am I doing something wrong? I've tried to do guided meditations before and they never "worked" either.. I just don't have these visions that I'm supposed to be having."

Yes, it takes a little practice to use your "mental screen" and see things. Also in my experience it is never crystal clear like watching a physical movie. But you can get better at it for sure by just closing your eyes and picturing the room you are in. If you do this as an exercise every now and then for awhile, you will learn how to see better with your mind. And that skill makes any of your visualizing experiences better and more effective so it's a good skill to develop.

Did it help you to catch some images from your previous life?

Last night's dream was pretty bizarre and much more detailed:

I was a Mayan elder who was being forced into Christianity after the Spanish Inquisition. There was a Christian celebration going on in my homeland, which looked similar to an area around Belize…very tropical with beautiful blue waters. There were Mayan glyphs all around that were worn and tattered. I wanted the Christians to include these glyphs in their celebration but they were only focused on transforming the remainder of my people to Christianity. The only reason I didn't fight the Christians was because I knew some of my people needed to preserve our traditions without the Christians knowing about it, so I reluctantly went along with Christianity.

who told you this stuff about 'demons'? is it the same guy that told you that Satan made the earth look old so you don't know that it was really made 6000 years ago so you'll lose your faith in Jesus? Go ahead an blindly follow those fundamentalist Christians....

As far as I can make out, any fear we have, is based in not wanting to acknowledge or address those negative, (or dualistic) aspects of ourselves that we'd prefer to deny the existence of

1. Past Life... I was on the soul plane with all the souls that are presently in my life now, including my brother who has passed. We were all beings of light, like balls of light, not like perfectly round circles though, if that makes any sense. Our shapes moved a little - hard to describe, but the closest description I have is that it was kind of like the heated blobs of whatever it is in a lava lamp? and we were able to merge into each other. First, I connected with my ex boyfriend who I miss very much. Then my mom and dad separately. Then my sister and deceased brother together, then my ex husband and his fiancee. With my mom and ex boyfriend, the feeling was very loving and euphoric... hard to describe. It was as if we were hugging or embracing and joining together (like the lava lamp). We did not communicate anything about "Akashic records" and there was no wisdom imparted or anything else, but pure, deep love. Love flowed through our connected beings and surrounded us. Next I saw my father, who had abandoned us as children. Again, we connected, and there was a feeling of love, not as intense as for my mom, brother and sister, but still, there were no bad feelings - it was as if the message was understood that my father left us as all part of the master plan to shape my soul into what it is now. The visit with my father was very brief. Then, I met with my brother and sister together. The three of us joined together and love flowed through us - it is difficult to describe the feeling we shared though - almost as if, we were saying, "it's us three". I didn't get it really, but I intend to go back and explore it more. And finally, I met with my ex husband and his fiancee. The strange thing about those two (in this life), is that they've done a number of mean things to me. For example, the fiancee is a meth addict (and no, we are not white trash hillbilly type people who are exposed to meth - I never heard of it until I met her and found out about her addiction). My ex husband is so profoundly addicted to this woman and does everything she commands. One thing that these two had done was to try to extort money out of me and they have done a number of other sick and twisted things to me out of anger and spite concerning our daughter. At any rate, we are in court a lot and I've spent over $30K in legal fees so this year has been stressful. At any rate, when we met up on the soul plane, the three of us connected and I was able to have a better understanding of their point of view. There was no hatred or animosity, only love and understanding, although the intensity of the love was nothing compared to that which I felt with my mom, ex boyfriend, brother and sister. And finally, I met briefly with my daughter's soul. It was a sweet feeling and there was much love. I wanted to spend more time, however, the hypnotist said that the time was up (there was 5 minutes) and then I fell into a deep sleep. When the hypnotism session was over, I awoke to turn off the computer and then when I woke this morning, I felt great.

Then I started reading this thread and some moron wrote somehting about channelling demons, or whatever, and people keep responding and reposting what he says when in face, he should just be ignored completely because ignorance does not deserve to be addressed, but I digress.

At any rate, as I was reading, I came across the future life hypnotism session - I don't think it worked for me because what I already know interferes with what I see in the future, so I didn't feel like it was visions of the future, just cause and effect things that affect the future. Anyway, I would rather go back to the soul plane and feel those feelings of love than see into the future and know if the popular sport in England is still soccer/football. I would love to go a few years into my own future!! but I expect that will be found in the Akashic records, which I am trying to access.

As a side note, when meditating recently, a name popped into my mind.... "Simla" I forgot the name and tried to remember and thought it was "chimka" or "shimka" and when I did a search of those names, I came across the word "simla" and it reminded me immediately. I wonder what this is all about? I originally thought my spirit guide's name could be "Simla" but when I researched it, I find it to be a place in India by the Hymalayas. Perhaps I had a past life there? I'll find out. Until then, I am going back to check out the soul plane again :). :banana2:

I just finished listening to it and I literally think I could have fallen into a trance while sitting at my computer. I will definitely be trying this sometime later.

I have had plenty of experiences of weird things happening in a relaxed state when I was much younger. I still remember many dreams that I had as early as probably age 4. At this early age I had dreams that I thought were me in past lives and I still remember them. It wasn't long before my dreams began to become reality and sometimes I knew what was happening somewhere else without any outside knowledge while awake as well. For the longest time I had vivid recollections of on average 5 dreams per night until I became a teenager. Later during this period in my life, I practiced knowing I was awake while in a dream. I caught on immediately and it was a very nice experience. Then I tried an out of body experienced but what happened then frighted me so I haven't done it sense.

Last night something reminded me of a particular dream that has been on my mind for an extremely long time off and on. I have written it down in the past and it stands out significantly as only a handful do in this exact way. I am sure it is a past life and suddenly I can't get it out of my mind. I want to try this regression to fill in the blanks; i want to put the missing pieces together. But I am afraid that I may fail as I don't remember my dreams as I used to and I have not seen the future in many many years through the dreams or otherwise so I feel that my events that used to happen while relaxed or asleep may have faded too much. I fear that this happens with most adults as they age. I don't want to find that I have lost it; I would be devastated. And I'm sure all the medication in my body over the years which is essential for my relaxation now does me know good either.I have decided to work at composing a ritual spell to cast upon myself before even trying.

In this dream I remember of what I think is one of my past lives, I am walking down a dirt road at night with thick trees on both sides. Then I walk into a lesser wooded area, off the trail and then I am a wolf. I walk into the back door of a small house. The back part of the house looked as if it had been built onto. And then I was a human again. And then something bad happened and there was blood and a grown man. Also I will mention that I was a male as well. I don't know that I died at this point but I do know that at one point a third party was explaining a scar on me and it looked like a odd squarish shape sort of like the shape of the state texas. This person was explaining to me what had just happened as well and about my past life. I have forgotten most of the details of this dream I think but what I do for a fact remember is the exact feelings that I felt and the exact vibes I experienced over 15 years ago in this dream. I am hoping I can go back to this because I must remember and know what happened.

I just think it's hilarious that a Christian is asking for evidence and proof. Show me yours first. I grew up in church. I see more evidence of children brainwashed from birth to believe that if they're naughty they'll burn in hell so they live in fear of doubting. I see more evidence of a dozen other people fitting the description of the son of God before Jesus was ever born. It seems more like a comfortable imaginary friend to me. There's a lot of evidence for reincarnation. Look at all the stories from children just starting to talk...but you won't because you're afraid of hell. Where, by the way, does it say in the Bible that reincarnation doesn't exist or that hypnosis is evil. We don't call on the dead or praise Satan and ask for knowledge. We relax. That's it. Educate yourself before pretending you have any authority to cast judgement. It's not just Christians that are hateful. I see it from Atheists too. Just believe what you believe and leave the condemnations and judgements to God...that is what your BIBLE says to do unless you've forgotten or have you read it? Also, if this is so evil why are you looking it up?

Thanks for the post! I'd really like to do this. I've tried two other ones but I can't seem to relax. I'm such a laid back person but the minute he starts telling me to focus on body parts and breath I get itchy and can't get comfortable. I got pretty relaxed in one of them but it got to the point where he said to get in a car and drive to my past life and I obviously wasn't there because I was imagining different scenarios (like trying to decide between medieval, Victorian, maybe 50s...) without meaning to. I'll try this one now. Hopefully it'll work out better :). I read other people have said it takes practice. Maybe that's all it is :). By the way there is a great website with stories of past lives if you're interested. I'll ink to it.

I became interested in all of this because I've been having the same dream since I was a little kid about driving off of a damn or into a lake.

I also tried this hypnosis this morning before going to bed.
I've had a night job, and now I no longer work there, so getting a decent sleeping pattern going has been difficult since I'm a nightowl to begin with.

I guess it was after 5am when I layed down on the sofa to "go under." My husband had also been awake late, and had passed out on the other sofa.

The session starts a bit quick, but I managed to relax enough, to go down the stairs, etc.
I also seem to notice all the itches, and other issues when I'm trying to relax, so it takes me alot to get my mind to quit thinking about the itchy and scratchies...LOL

This particular session was very hard for me to deal with though.
Back in 2003, I went to Texas with my aunts, and we were there to see their mother/my grandma. My aunts and I slept in a motel while there, and all 3 of us layed down one night, ready for sleep. One of my aunts is deaf, so she was out quickly. My other aunt was laying there peacefully just about asleep.

I was in the other bed, and couldn't lay still. I was turning and tossing, and itching, and tossing, and turning..etc... Something felt like it was over me, and tingling my entire body, inside and out, and it wasn't a pleasant experience.
I woke up my aunt, and told her something was really bothering me. The energy in the room was bad, or maybe there was something on the bed, or something, but it was driving me crazy! She ended up doing some reiki on me, and I was able to calm down after that.

This morning, while trying to do this hypnosis, I had the same feelings come over me. I wouldn't describe it as heat, but the reaction to it, I would describe as someone having a heat flash, and the heat just overtaking them to the point of anger.

I was able, after getting fed up with the strange feelings, to get an image that recently came to me, with deep sadness.
At first, I saw an old victorian style home, and then went inside. That image switched to another, and then the image of an old burned out fireplace wall. It was the only thing left standing, and i felt sadness there.

So, now this fireplace wall has come up twice for me. This must be the lifetime I need to work on now, because for so long I've dealt with memories of Egypt.

So, the hypnosis worked, but I had that bad energy feeling with it. Like I said, I haven't had that feeling happen to me too many times. I don't like it though. It feels like an energy invasion.
