there isnt ANY proof of this..,

u have to see it like this... compare a low level concentration weed with beer and a high level with whiskey, the facts are that whiskey drinkers mess up there body far worse then high concentration weed users.., these are plain facts no discussion possible..,

now to compare it to sigs.., bad thing is u usually smoke weed With siggs.. so lets say u only smoke pure weed.., there isnt Any proof of getting cancer by that (while there is proof that little (and i state LITTLE..) dose of pure weed filter ur longs..) and i of course don't have to point out that siggs Will get u cancer..., so no weed for sure isnt worse as siggs either..,

Brain damage? there isn't real proof of this either, but there are signs of paranoia with high doses, and not even with all the user.. just a few % and very high doses over a long time.., But no signs of brain damage..

Gateway? m8 everything is a drug and gateway when used wrong.. even coffee and tea.., i know alot of people (including meself) that only smoke weed and don't do other drugs.. so that is just a crap statement.., u can however say alot of other drug users also smoke weed.., but thats a very different statement as how u put it..

i don't get why u are on glp when believing all this propaganda without doing proper research.., and iam from holland, Weed is legal here.., smoked most of my life.., so i am talking with experience...

surely decriminalisation would be the most preferable;
wear it, eat it, smoke it, build with it -
once decriminalised, we'd be much better equipped to use money for it's proper purpose.
Legalisation just lets someone else tell you how much you cannot have, and how if you do.

true, same would also count if it were decriminalised, only difference is, with your suggestion, a 'new' breed of criminals appear; one to steal if the quality isn't what he thinks, another to steal for supplying it to you, another gets his cut of the profit for making sure his friends get the best deals - legislation breeds corruption, without the honour systems in place for criminals, this makes the legi's worse....

decriminalised = no jail sentence.
if a dealer sells you crap, more the fool you for not growing it yourself nor knowing what is what...
In a decriminalised set-up, the same word-of-mouth marketing would still apply; people get to know and that person loses business and custom.

The law is the real criminal here; for denying people the right to use what plants they deem fit.
I would never want to live where it was legal;
I like to see the person who gets the profit from me, rather than funnelling it through the system to god knows where.

First of all lets point out the obvious and ask why marijuana is illegal when it doesnt do any damage to you, there has never been a single direct death reported due to its use. Whereas alcohol and tobacco are both legal yet they kill countless people a year! Wheres the logic!? The only thing i can think of why it is illegal is because someone somewhere is profiting from being so. For example the pharmacuetical companies would be in danger of losing millions if not billions, because instead of being prescribed all these different drugs to help cure whatever it is you have, a lot of illnesses and diseases can be helped with marijuana! We see it in the U.S now with their medicinal marijuana stores. So its known to help with a varity of different things.

I cant see a single reason why it should be illegal for me to buy and smoke or bake. It seems as if a lot of people are bothered with what i do! People who must be very unhappy with their lives so much so, that they feel the need to get involved with others.
I have a few things to say to these people...... Smoke some weed!
Chill the fuck out!...... Get a hobby!...... Stop concerning yourself with others business!...... O yeah, and get over yourself!

The war on drugs is a waste of money. They are losing the war, you know why? Because I can buy any type of drug I want day or night. If it was legal, I would be giving the goverment the money instead of some drug dealer but the goverment will continue to throw money away to save face and the people that are inforcing this so called drug war need to justify thier pothetic choice of a career. Im autoimmune and have severe arthritis from my toes to my ears my joint swell and lock up to the point my wife has to dress me at times. Im 49 life sucks shit forsure,The meds Im on cost 2200 dollars a month five shots I give myself.Ive read of the benefits from cannabis and arthritis I tried it and the results are positive my deppression goes away and my arthritis pain is way less.If something so simple works why cant I live the rest of my life in abit less pain.The state where I live will never legalize it since there narrow minded.The pharm co. is running a monoply.It forsure pisses me off that I have to live in hiding,I wish you could feel my pain.
