Quoting: DrPostmanHeh, I keep a copy of 4.2BSD around for hunt the wumpus & adventure (Zork).... It's only 27 years old, but it still runs.... I was thinking of patching it to work beyond 2038, but is that too Titor-ish?? "I don't know which was scarier...the speech...or the Congress cheering it. He evoked Lincoln. Quoting: Evil TwinIt's outlasted 3 others, lol. lol I still have a 486SX with Win 3.11 and DOS 6.0 that has outlasted every single "pentium" 'puter that I've built. I've built prolly 6 'puters since then,.. mostly Pentiums, a few AMDs, cyrix, ects., but that old 486SX is still plugging along. I can't count how many HDDs that fucking thing has been through. 8 meg memory with 4 meg video.. great for all the old DOS shit.
