Ok, so you can blame the person who is intelligent enough to appraise something before selling it??? Why would you sell something valuable before knowing it's value? Do you sell your car before checking it's value? I hope not.

If a guy walks onto your property and asks if you are selling your truck, you tell the man "Yes I am." He is going to offer you less than someone you find that needs your car.

If you guys don't understand "supply and demand" either go on eBay or take a college Eco class (not at community college)
