I think you guys are way off base. I feel like mike and frank really take time to connect with the people they meet. They share the same love of collecting things with the people they meet. It's a business ands they always explain that they are not paying retail..........if people want to go to the trouble of finding buyers for their "junk," then they do not need to sell it to mike or frank. It's a business. I love those guys
