Notice how the only items unloaded are combat troops and their personal supplies (packs). The helicopter does not (at least as shown in the short video supplied) unload any humanitarian supplies such as food/medical, and indeed does not land with a container hanging underneath - which it probably could as an additional load to its internal cargo. The area it lands at is the presidential palace which appears to me an ideal landing zone for supplies as it is obviously secured by a strong fence and gate and has enough room for at least 1 medium size helicopter to land. Even if the intention of the mission WAS to transport military personnel, surely it would have been advantageous to include some humanitarian supplies with the load.
Am I being paranoid, or is this video indicative of what is really going on in Haiti?
